- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆REALTORS AND BUYERS BEWARE! Too many mistakes by this Title Company. We recently used them for a closing and our Sellers signed the wrong HUD! It was supposed to be for a VA loan. The termite fee was on the wrong side and they had two opportunities to collect the administration fee which they forgot! Peter Kirsh admitted it by email to me and said "oh well" "collect it from the seller" ...there are too many title companies to choose from!!!
